Orignal Description:Per reporting party: Due to a collision, a semi truck overturned on its side, on the shoulder, releasing about 3 gallons of engine oil onto the road. Absorbents were placed immediately preventing oil from getting into the waterways CHP is on scene helping with traffic. The Santa Cruz Ave Exit is closed, unknown for how long. | ||||||
