g. DESCRIPTION: Per Reporting Party: Due to power loss of the facility and loss of power from the back up generators, contained landfill biogas was released into the atmosphere from the facility. Start time of release was approximately 0030 hours, at 0930 hours power was restored and gas release was stopped. There are no evacuations, fires, road closures, or injuries that occurred from the event. Release is unrecoverable.
