g. DESCRIPTION: | Per the reporting party, at approximately 1100 this morning, a blockage in a lateral line overflowed from the clarifier onto the ground. The spill impacted a storm drain, but it was localized to the catch basin. The storm drain leads to the Los Angeles River. The overflow was stopped and controlled at approximately 1130. Ocean Blue Environmental is cleaning and sanitizing the spill. They are using a vacuum truck to recover the sewage. | ||
