DESCRIPTION: Per the Reporting Party: A semi truck driver struck a concrete barrier on private property rupturing the passenger side saddle fuel tank causing the release of material onto the concrete parking lot area; no storm drains or water ways were impacted. The release has not been stopped; employees on site have deployed spill kits and absorbent to contain the release. If the release continues until saddle fuel tank is empty it will amount to 120 gallons total release. There are no reported injuries or fire. A contractor, Patriot Environmental, has been contacted to respond for clean up.
