g. DESCRIPTION: ***Historical Report*** A gas scrubber system's maximum flow capacity was surpassed, leading to a release of gas into the atmosphere. On-site technicians responded and were aided by the local fire department. As a precautionary measure, 20 personnel were evacuated from the premises.
