Orignal Description:Reporting party stated that onsite personnel were working on the containment creating a small hole in the bottom of the container. The cause of this is being investigated. The release has been stopped and contained. It released into their AWN system and was flushed into a storm drain.

SITUATION UPDATE:
Per reporting party, the release did not go into storm drain it went in to the sanitary sewers. The container holds about 2 to 2.5 gallons of the chemical (EKC30 - N- Methyl pyrrolidone) and about 1 to 1.5 gallons went down the sink from a small hole that was created on the container.
