g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party: Untreated/unfiltered groundwater is being spread by San Diego County Water Authority. It is releasing from a sprinkler head releasing onto private property and into a stream from an easement. The SDCWA is supposed to filter the water and they do not have a permit to de-water from an aquifer. They are pumping this out of a 22,000 gallon tank and have been releasing this since 0700 hours today. This is occurring across from the listed address along the aquifer.
