g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party, Their neighbor is acid washing concrete, and the run-off is entering the storm drain that leads to the ocean. The release is overflowing sandbags that have been placed to contain it. This is an ongoing issue, with the run-off flowing between Beverly and Wave Street and heading toward North Coast Highway. A contractor is working on cleanup efforts, but the release continues. The reporting agent has videos and pictures.
