g. DESCRIPTION: | Per the reporting party: At 0230 hours on 09.25.2024, a vehicle attempting to flee area security struck a two inch blow off (fire hydrant) causing it to release water onto the road. The recycled waste water pooled up in a depression located on the road and did not move into any other area or onto any other surfaces. TesoroViejo personnel utilized pumps to remove 80% of the water and displaced it 50 feet back into a tree area away from the road. The remaining water will dry out over the course of several days. Signs have been posted for personnel to avoid the affected area. | ||
