Orignal Description:Per NRC #1415771, "The caller is monitoring a mountain fire covering (14000 acres) and migrating. The fire has caused a damage to an underground pipeline and above ground meters causing a release of gas. The caller expects the damages to exceed the threshold. ABC7, NBC4, KCAL9 are on scene." AFFECTED MEDIUM: Air/Atmosphere. REMEDIAL ACTIONS: FD is attempting to extinguish the fire, SoCal crew is on standby.
