| Orignal Description:Per the Reporting Party : A compressor located outdoors was leaking due to a crack in a line connected to the compressor releasing the material into the atmosphere. The release started on 11/15/24 at 0806 and was secured on 11/15/24 at 1440. The released material is unrecoverable. There were no injuries or evacuations associated with this event. This occurred at an oil refinery. After safely shutting down the compressor the cracked line was found and calculation based on the findings was above the H2S RQ. | | | ||||
