g. DESCRIPTION: A container of the listed substance was damaged by a fork-lift during the loading of a vessel. This incident caused the release of 1/2 liter of cooking oil onto the dock and into the water at a pier. On-site personnel conducted a cleanup using absorbent pads and booms. The loading of the ship has since continued.
