g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, SoCalGas received notification of a natural gas release at 1751 today. This is an ongoing incident. A vehicle collided with and damaged a 1/4 inch riser to a meter set assembly (MSA) at a residential property. The Tulare Fire Department evacuated 7 homes, but the number of individuals was unknown. There is no need for outside assistance. SoCalGas personnel are on site making repairs. There was no vapor visible. There was no fire or explosion. The area is safe. There were no road closures. And there were no injuries. SoCal Gas will notify the California State Warning Center with updated information.
