DESCRIPTION: Per NRC report: Caller reported that a forklift driving in the truck yard near the warehouse loading dock started leaking hydraulic fluid due to a loose bolt/nut holding one of the lines. Approximately 1 gallon of hydraulic fluid discharged onto concrete, no waterways were impacted. Remedial Action Obtained a spill kit, used absorbents and placed material into 55 gallon drum
