g. DESCRIPTION: | Per Reporting Party: from bystanders, they saw a vehicle leaking fuel as it drove away from the county dump. Driver stopped the vehicle and stopped the leak, then drove away. The diesel leaked onto asphalt. Some of the diesel leaked into a storm drain and it is unknown where the storm drain leads. The spill stopped and contained. | ||
