g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party: A semi truck lost control while travelling west bound on I-10 causing it to collide with a guard rail. This prompted a release of oil from the semi truck engine compartment which got onto the road. No actions have been taken to contain the oil release at the time of report, however Caltrans and a contractor have been contacted to conduct cleanup. The Orange Street south on ramp has been closed while investigation and cleanup are conducted.
