g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party, a partial blockage in the lateral line caused an ongoing release of sewage. Reporting party stated they had the release contained, but due to the rain it may have caused impact into a storm drain/catch basin. Reporting party has been on scene and will continue to monitor until suspected responsible party hires a contractor to control release. Clean up will be attempted by reporting party when release has been controlled.
