DESCRIPTION: | Per reporting party: The owner of this property has a contract with MCRD (Marine Corps Recruit Department) base and he has been illegally dumping aircraft oil out to the property, this has been happening for about 8 months now. It is believed it's dumped to control the dirt from lifting up. It black and has strong Oder causing headaches. Reporting party states the oil is also creeping up to the sides of the building due to much that has been dumped. The oil also sticks onto vehicles that drive by and you have to walk around it to be safe. | ||
