g. DESCRIPTION: | Caller states during road resurfacing, an unauthorized dumping site was discovered releasing and asphalt compound on an unpaved area . The release has been stopped and contained. No waterways have been affected. However, there's concern that rainwater could carry material residue into an unidentified drainage system. In order to keep the run-off away from the residential area the responsible party placed tree stumps with dirt to divert the residue. Caller state over 400 dumptruck loads have been dropped off at the incidnet location. | ||
