g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party: Construction crews working on hospital campus damaged the main oxygen supply line to the hospital causing release of oxygen out to the atmosphere. The source of leaks was located in middle of coordinated construction site. The adjacent road ( Turner Rd) is closed to all traffic and security in stationed in area to prevent all unauthorized access. The hospital command system was activated and emergency back up cylinders are stationed throughout the hospital to meet option supply for patients. The supply line has been isolated and the leak has been stopped as of 1630 hours . Oxygen company ( did not provide company name) will provide tanker truck while repairs are being conducted; estimated repair is 2 hour as of time report.
