Orignal Description:Per reporting party, a 40-foot partially submerged cabin cruiser is now pressed against the levy rock. Given the size and weight of the boat, it is believed that the boat will remain in place. There is a 5 foot x 5 foot rainbow-colored sheen observed in The Little Dutch area. Witnesses reported that the boat sank on Saturday evening. It is currently unknown if the release has been stopped or contained.

Per NRC Report, "The caller reported that a pleasure was discovered partially sunken in the waters of the Dutch Slough. A 5 foot by 5 foot rainbow sheen was observed around the vessel. The cause of the sinking is unknown."
