g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, an unknown amount of corrosive material in liquid form seems to be spilled due to a pallet falling over. The pallet of material is located in a fenced-in area of a shopping center that belongs to Ace Hardware. The reporting party states she is unsure if the material has released into the storm drain but due to the rain there is potential it will release into the Sacramento River. The release from the pallet is currently uncovered, not stopped or contained, and with no attempt to be cleaned up. Reporting party contacted CALTIP and was referred to contact CalOES.
