g. DESCRIPTION: Reporting Party States: A 2 mile long streak of oil was discover on the roadway in the number 2 lane moving east from W Base Line St & N Mt Vernon Ave towards the I-215 on ramp. It is currently unknown what vehicle created the streak of oil. CHP was on scene handling highway portion of the incident and San Bernardino Police was on scene handling the city portion. Cal Trans and City were on scene to mitigate the spill on their respected jurisdictions. No waterways were impacted by this release.
