DESCRIPTION: | Per the reporting party: A contractor from an unknown contracting company was off-loading asphalt cement into on-site tanks was not stopped in time, causing an overflow of the material. It is unknown why the flow was not stopped. The material released onto an unpaved dirt area with no other surfaces being impacted. No waterways or storm drains were impacted. Vulcan Material's Co. has conducted cleanup and returned the released asphalt cement back into their inventory. | ||
