g. DESCRIPTION: | Per the reporting party, during the filling process of a 900 gallon oil tank for filling new automobiles with oil at the new car dealership, the tank was overfilled which caused the oil to spill onto the dealership's asphalt parking lot surface and out into the street impacting a storm drain. Pacific Honda personnel began stopping the spill. Absorbent dykes and sand were placed in front of the storm drain to prevent the oil from entering the storm drain, but they do not know if it was successful. The responsible company, Reladyne, has a clean-up crew responding, and they are enroute. | ||
