DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party, A private citizen drove a U-Haul truck into a fueling station and illegally siphoned diesel fuel into a tote, causing an estimated 200-300 gallon spill onto the asphalt. The fuel spread approximately 200 yards down the side of the road, but no waterways were affected. The release was stopped immediately. Absorbent materials were deployed to contain the release. Cleanup efforts will be carried out by a contractor.
