g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party, a collision between two semi-trucks resulted in a punctured saddle tank, releasing 25-30 gallons of diesel onto the soil. No waterways were impacted by this release. Northbound 395 is currently closed at Bear Valley, and southbound 395 is closed at La Mesa. The road is expected to reopen in approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. Contractors will handle the cleanup process.
