Per the reporting party, a vessel took on water an sank in the main channel of the San Joaquin River. The vessel contained an encapsulated fuel tank containing the listed material. The vessel is 38 feet under water. GEICO Insurance will recover the vessel, but it is unknown when the vessel recovery will take place. The San Joaquin County Sheriff's Department responded to this incident.
