Orignal Description:Per reporting party, Due to a collision, at least 20 gallons of tack oil used for paving have impacted the asphalt. The release is still ongoing and has flowed into a dry culvert. The road was already closed, and Caltrans is using a pilot car to direct traffic. There was one injury: the driver sustained a concussion and was taken to the hospital by the fire department that was on scene. The contractor will handle the cleanup. | ||||||
