g. DESCRIPTION: Caller states a grease blockage caused 416 gallons of raw sewage to release from a manhole. The released material went from the asphalt and traveled into a nearby storm drain. The storm drain leads into the Napa River. Line was cleared at 0954 hours. Caller states they recovered 8 gallons of the 416 gallons released.
