Orignal Description:An overhead transformer failed due to an unknown type of mechanical problem. The incident resulted in an oil spill to a concrete alleyway of a residential neighborhood. No fires or private property damage occurred. PG&E crews and an environmental specialist are on-scene. Permanent repairs and the cleanup are in progress.
