g. DESCRIPTION: Per Reporting Party : A split occurred in a 8 inch C-900 below ground pipe due to a unknown failure causing the release of the material into the surrounding soil. Approximately 2,000 gallons of the material did make it into Slide Creek. Slide Creek empties into Bass Lake after about 1 mile from where material impacted the creek. The release is stopped. Per reporting party no clean up efforts undertaken was this is essentially treated waste water and unrecoverable.
