g. DESCRIPTION: | Per the reporting party, the Cal GEM inspector during a routine inspection discovered the leak. The leak is in the Jameson Trust Lease at the Midway Sunset oil field. They discovered that the pipeline has three clamps installed, so they believe the leak is stopped. But they are not certain if it is stopped because it is submerged in oil. It is unknown if it impacted a blue line. It appears to be stopped and contained. The spill impacted an oil field dirt road. | ||
