g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party, (2) two empty rail carts, which were part of a detached car not attached to a train, derailed while remaining in an upright position. No hazardous materials were released, and no fires were reported. The incident occurred at a rail yard. Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) is currently on the scene conducting an investigation. Local police have been notified as a courtesy, but no response is required at this time.
