g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party : A rainbow color sheen was observed on the water by a departing Navy Vessel naval (USS San Diego). The source of the sheen is unknown. Navy personnel have deployed booms but some of the sheen has seeped beyond the boom perimeter. Absorbent pads are also being deployed; remainder of the sheen was determined to be unrecoverable.
