g. DESCRIPTION: | Per the reporting party, during the recovery of a freight tractor-trailer that was high centered on the guard rail, a spill of engine and diesel oil occurred. The spilled material came from the saddle tanks of the truck. The spill impacted dirt and asphalt only. No waterways were impacted. An unidentified cleaning crew is en route to clean-up the spill. The Milpas off-ramp was closed for the vehicle recovery. The Santa Barbara Police Department and Santa Barbara Fire Department were on scene. | ||
