Orignal Description:Per the Reporting Party : A third party contractor operating a back hoe damaged a 1/2 inch plastic service line causing the release of natural gas. The reporting party was notified of the release 1338. The release is on-going, Southern California now has a crew on scene working to secure release and will call back to update when it is. The Orange County Fire Department has also responded. 3 subjects from 2 homes have been evacuated. No injuries have been reported. Hinton Way is closed at Shelly Lane.
