g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party, an unknown individual disposed of 20-30 gallons of used motor oil onto the asphalt, causing it to flow into a nearby storm drain. The sump was shut down immediately to prevent from flowing further down the drain. The substance has been stopped, and contained. Clean up will be conducted by the City of Sacramento and a contractor will conduct further cleanup.
