g. DESCRIPTION: | Per the Reporting Party : A customer was filling the gas tank on their vehicle. While they went into the store the automatic nozzle shut off failed due to unknown mechanical issue and caused the overflow. The gasoline impacted on the concrete around the pump. A small quantity of gasoline did make it into a nearby storm drain. Patriot Environmental responded and conducted clean up including removing the gasoline from the catch basin in the storm drain. The fire department also responded to the scene. | ||
