Orignal Description:Caller states a pick up overturned on its roof inside the steelhead creek and is releasing less than 10 gallons of motor oil from the engine compartment onto the waterways. Release is not stopped and not contained with waterways impacted (Steelhead Creek). Contractor has been notified to recover vehicle.
