g. DESCRIPTION: Per the Reporting Party : There is a rainbow color sheen approximately 200 feet by 100 feet that is on the water in Marina #3 in the Santa Barbara Harbor. The sheen has a diesel fuel odor to it. It is unknown what the source of the sheen is. At this time there are no efforts to contain the sheen; it appears unrecoverable and is dispersing.
