g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party: A jeep with a trailer had a 300 gallon plastic tank with a metal cage attached to it, released about 125 gallons of motor oil onto the dirt area off the road. This was at the North end of Perimeter Rd and McCourtney Rd. The jeep backed up, opened the valve dumped oil and then drove off. There is a canal and ponds that meet at this intersection, with ducks, geese and other wildlife.
