g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party : A hydraulic system on a tow truck failed causing the release of material onto the asphalt street. The release has been stopped and contained. Approximately 1 quart flowed into a storm drain and collected in the catch basin area and should be able to be completely recovered. Kitty litter and other absorbents were deployed on the street to contain the spill. AAA on site is handling clean up with assistance from the fire department who is also removing the storm drain grate for access to catch basin.
