Orignal Description:Reporting Party States: A second party contractor damaged a half inch plastic service line, causing natural gas to vent into the atmosphere, no waterways were impacted. 1 person was evacuated from a commercial building, and one street closure was reported. SoCal gas is on scene to control the release.
