g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, at approximately 1810 this evening, the reporting party witnessed sewage flowing from an unknown underground source in the driveway of an apartment complex. The source of the overflow is unknown. The spill is impacting the street and a storm drain. This is an ongoing incident, and the reported sewage is still flowing. Currently there is no response to this incident.
