Orignal Description:Per the Reporting Party : A docked fishing vessel released approximately 4-5 gallons of hydraulic fluid for unknown reason into the Channel Islands Harbor. The release has been stopped. The release created a 100 yard by 100 yard green colored sheen that appears to be dissipating. There are no clean up or recovery efforts underway.
