g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party, a damaged valve on a propane tank led to the release of all 29 gallons of vapor into the atmosphere. This caused immediate cloud formation, though it dissipated naturally. The release began at 12:50 PM and continued until the tank was empty. One person sustained an injury, but they declined treatment. There were no reports of fires or impacts on waterways at this time.
