Orignal Description:RP States: Yesterday a rain color sheen was discovered around 1600 hours in the San Diego Bay coming from an unknown source. The release was contained with booms yesterday and clean up is currently in progress by US Navy personnel.
Update(s): 11/24/2022 10:34:52 AM - Per NRC: "THE CALLER IS REPORTING A RELEASE OF MARINE DIESEL INTO SAN DIEGO BAY FROM AN UNKNOWN VESSEL IN THE MARINA. THE CALLER STATES THAT ALL THE VESSELS ARE BOOMED OFF, THE MATERIAL IS CONTAINED AND THE INVESTIGATION IS UNDERWAY."
