Orignal Description:A freight tractor-trailer caught fire on the listed roadway. The Lathrop Manteca Fire District responded, isolating the area. As a precaution, the roadway was closed to all traffic. Both sections of the vehicle were burned in the incident. The cause of the fire remains undetermined. The incident resulted in a motor oil spill on the roadway. The water used to extinguish the fire mixed with the spilled oil and entered a nearby storm drain, whose destination is unknown. No injuries or exposures were reported. The fire has been extinguished, and an environmental specialist has been contacted to assist with the cleanup. | ||||||
