Orignal Description:Per the Reporting Party : Sewage is being released from 2 storage tanks located on 2 Recreation Vehicles (RV's) parked on the property listed in incident location. The release started about 15 minutes ago and is on going. It is unknown how large the storage tanks are. This occurs once or twice a week for the past 3 years and is done intentionally by the occupants of the RV's. The material is flowing across the reporting parties driveway and into a horse grazing pasture. Currently the material has not gone into any waterways or storm drains but last week during a release it did make it to a storm drain.
